Qualifications

• Experience leading 24/7 security operations or GSOC teams.
• Ability to manage incidents, escalate, coordinate across partners.
• Strong communication and leadership in high‑pressure environments.
• Proven track record in process improvement and SOP development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the San Francisco GSOC in a 24/7 environment.
• Provide in‑office leadership and coaching Monday–Friday.
• Develop GSOC team members and establish performance expectations.
• Serve as primary escalation point for security incidents and emergency responses.
• Coordinate with Physical Security, Global Resiliency, and other partners for operational support.
• Support incident coordination, access-control monitoring, video review, and situational awareness.
• Maintain staffing, shift coverage, and continuity across GSOC shifts.
• Ensure accurate documentation of incidents and security communications.
• Develop metrics to measure GSOC effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Maintain SOPs, response protocols, and training materials.
• Drive standardization and alignment with enterprise security operations.
