Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with progressive experience preferred.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or central station monitoring.
• Active New Jersey SORA license required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes excellent customer service and security operations.
• Monitors for threats, trends, and incidents affecting personnel, facilities, and operations.
• Writes detailed reports with escalation when needed.
• Coordinates security guards and details as required.
• Assesses threats and participates in security projects using access control, video monitoring, and identification systems.
