Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is seeking a Security Command Center Operator to join our Security Operations Center. You will monitor incidents in real time, manage responses, and support loss prevention investigations, turning data into actionable insights.

The role requires at least 1 year in a SOC/GSOC or similar environment, with a preference for candidates with loss prevention or investigative background and a 24/7 shift experience. Location is King of Prussia, PA, with hourly pay of $23.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Minimum 1 year of experience in a SOC/GSOC, dispatch, command center, or central station monitoring environment
• Prior loss prevention or investigative experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• Background in security, law enforcement, or military a plus
• Experience working in 24/7 operations or shift-based environments
