Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Security Command Center Operator to join our SOC. You will monitor CCTV, access control, and alarms, investigate incidents, and coordinate dispatch of security personnel. The role emphasizes data-driven investigation, threat analysis, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Location is King of Prussia, PA with a rotating schedule including weekends. This position offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits within a 24/7 operation,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a SOC/GSOC, dispatch, command center, or central station monitoring environment
• Prior loss prevention or investigative experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• Background in security, law enforcement, or military a plus
• Experience working in 24/7 operations or shift-based environments

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to detect suspicious activity or security threats
• Investigate and document loss prevention incidents, asset discrepancies, and unusual trends
• Conduct threat analysis and elevate incidents according to established procedures
• Operate, explain, and troubleshoot dispatch and monitoring software platforms
• Dispatch and coordinate security officers and field personnel via radio, phone, and digital communication channels
• Maintain detailed incident logs and prepare comprehensive investigative reports for management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, emergency responders, and law enforcement as needed
• Support on-site security teams and ensure compliance with company safety protocols
• Manage confidential information and sensitive data with discretion and professionalism
