Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a vigilant Security Command Center Operator to join the SOC. You will monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, and you will investigate loss prevention incidents while coordinating with dispatch and field personnel.

This role requires real-time analysis, incident documentation, and clear communication under pressure. Prior 24/7 operational experience is ideal, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of SOC/GSOC, dispatch, command center, or central station monitoring experience.
• Background in loss prevention or investigative work preferred.
• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Background in security, law enforcement, or military a plus.
• Experience in 24/7 operations or shift-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to detect suspicious activity or security threats.
• Investigate and document loss prevention incidents, asset discrepancies, and unusual trends.
• Conduct threat analysis and elevate incidents according to established procedures.
• Operate, explain, and troubleshoot dispatch and monitoring software platforms.
