Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is hiring a GSOC Analyst for our Global Security Operations Center in Warren, Michigan.

The analyst will monitor alarms, CCTV, access-control, and other security platforms in real time, dispatch responders, and document incidents from initial notification to resolution. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in a security operations center or similar setting, fluency in English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in a security operations center or comparable high-volume monitoring function preferred.
• Experience monitoring alarms, CCTV, access-control events, emergency calls, or similar tech-driven inputs preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently and produce clear incident reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms, CCTV, access-control activity, intercoms and mass-notification systems.
• Receive, validate, prioritize, and document security events.
• Dispatch security personnel and resources.
• Maintain situational awareness during multiple active events.
• Produce shift logs and incident reports with timely updates.
