Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. in Fremont, CA seeks a Protective Service Operator / Analyst for the Global Security Operations Center.

You will monitor global security feeds, assess threats, and escalate as per SOPs, delivering actionable intelligence reports on personnel and assets. Role requires 3–5 years in security/intelligence or related discipline, strong research and communication skills, and the ability to work a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in military, physical security, law enforcement or intelligence services
• Ability to research, gather intelligence and analyze complex data
• Good judgment within procedures and policies to determine action
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Able to multitask, prioritize and handle emergencies
• Able to interact with staff at all levels in high pressure environments
• Demonstrate discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Must work a flexible, rotational schedule
• Must complete and maintain state guard certification and client certifications

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor multiple security information feeds and sources to support threat awareness.
• Determine escalation of threats within SOPs.
• Ensure all reports are timely, accurate and actionable.
• Provide intelligence reports including travel security assessments.
