Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking a Director of GSI Partners for Cyber and Risk to own and scale the North America GSI partnership strategy. You will lead a team of GSI Partner Managers and drive joint pipeline and go-to-market motions.

You will serve as the bridge between product, sales, and marketing and our partners' consulting and delivery organizations, aligning initiatives with revenue targets. This is a remote role with a global tech leader.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity vendors and with GSI Partners.
• 4+ years leading a team focused on GSI relationships and GTM.
• Proven record of revenue-focused leadership in partnerships.
• Relationships with Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Cognizant and others.
• Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity landscape and enterprise security.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of GSI Partner Managers.
• Develop strategy and target GSI Partners for North America.
• Executive sponsor for GSI Partners and escalation point for matters.
• Build joint business plans with each GSI partner and measure performance.
• Participate in QBRs and drive improvements across the partner team.
• Collaborate with Sales/Service Leadership to engage GSI Partners in pipeline and delivery.
• Align partnerships with company priorities and report to executives.
• Engage Enablement and Partner SE teams to ensure proper tooling and training.
• Assist RPMs with engagement of Strategic GSI Partners and co-sell motions.
• Coordinate with Partner Marketing on joint events and campaigns.
• Work with ServiceNow counterparts to focus on key GSI Partners.
