ServiceNow is seeking a Director of GSI Partners for Cyber and Risk, responsible for owning and scaling NA GSI partnerships. You will manage a team of GSI Partner Managers, drive joint go-to-market motions, and align with product, sales, and marketing to achieve revenue targets.

The role demands strategic leadership, deep cybersecurity knowledge, and a proven track record in managing major GSIs. This remote leadership position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years working with cybersecurity vendors and GSI Partners.
• 4+ years leading a GSI-focused team.
• Proven revenue-focused leadership in partnerships.
• Strong relationships with Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, IBM, Cognizant and other GSIs.
• Deep technical understanding of cybersecurity landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of GSI Partner Managers.
• Develop and execute the GSI partnership strategy for NA.
• Build joint business plans with GSI partners and measure results.
• Drive joint pipeline generation and revenue acceleration.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement for GTM motions.
• Report status to executive leadership via QBR cadence.
