Job summary
TCR Americas in Orlando, FL is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead the workshop floor, oversee maintenance operations, and ensure quality, safety and compliance with standards.
You will coach the team, manage resources and parts, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement using SAP and other systems to improve uptime and service levels.

Qualifications
- Expert technical background in GSE maintenance and repair.
- Ability to make complex decisions under pressure.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Commitment to OHSA safety standards.
- Willingness to mentor and develop the team.
Responsibilities
- Coach and lead workshop team to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Manage workshop operations, including material planning and stock management.
- Provide subject-specific support to technicians on maintenance and malfunctions.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to align activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement contingency procedures.
