TCR Americas in Seattle, WA seeks a Workshop Manager to lead our GSE workshop and drive performance across safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate maintenance activities, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery while upholding company standards.

As a senior leader, you will mentor technicians, implement SAP-guided processes, and collaborate with customers and suppliers. A strong focus on safety, continuous improvement, and cost control is expected.

Qualifications

• Expert GSE maintenance/repair experience (mechanics, hydraulics, electrical systems).
• Ability to make complex decisions under pressure; stress-resistant.
• Fluent in English; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Take end-responsibility for quality, efficiency, safety, and resources within your unit.
• Coach and motivate team members while fostering teamwork.
• Manage workshop processes, SAP usage, and resource allocation.
