Job summary

TCR Americas is seeking a Stock Keeper to support workshop operations by receiving, storing, and issuing parts, tires, and consumables. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper documentation for all transactions across the store and workshop areas.

Key responsibilities include goods receipting, packing and dispatching, and assembly of parts kits for maintenance. Proficiency with SAP/FSM and forklift operation is preferred, with a strong safety mindset and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory, receiving, and transaction records.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control practices.
• Experience using SAP, FSM, and barcode systems for transactions and documentation.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts or material-handling equipment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to safety and quality in workshop parts support.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts, materials, tires, and consumables with verification of quantity and condition.
• Complete goods receipting, inventory transactions, transfers, and work order postings in SAP and FSM.
• Pick, pack, stage, and dispatch parts to various ports or locations with proper labeling.
• Assemble and post parts kits for preventive and corrective maintenance to work orders.
• Operate forklifts or material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
• Manage the parts store front by issuing ad-hoc parts to authorized personnel and ensure proper posting to jobs.
• Support tire inventory processes including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracing tires.
• Assist with cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain clear bin locations and labeling with barcode identifiers.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized parts store and area; suggest improvements.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns to leadership promptly.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks to support workshop efficiency and customer service.
