Job summary

At TCR Group, we are seeking a Workshop Manager for the MCO operation in the United States. You will lead technicians, manage workshop performance, ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards, and drive day-to-day improvements to service levels and scheduling.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong focus on safety and quality, and close collaboration with customers and internal departments. This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Expert technical background in GSE maintenance and repair: mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and related systems.
• Ability to make complex decisions under pressure.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Strong safety culture and OHSA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians on the workshop floor to ensure quality, safety and efficiency.
• Oversee resource and labor allocation and stock management using SAP.
• Sign inspection lists and manage workshop administration and time control.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to align maintenance activities.
