Job summary

VPI in Wisconsin is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee Group Supported Employment (GSE) services, ensuring person-centered, goal-oriented programs aligned with regulatory standards.

You will develop and monitor ISPs, BSPs, and employment goals with care teams, conduct client progress assessments, and coordinate transportation as needed. Supervisory responsibilities include coaching staff and maintaining operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities in supported employment or community-based settings.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience overseeing direct support professionals.
• Experience coordinating services with interdisciplinary care teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport participants as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing monitoring, coordination, and case management for clients in Group Supported Employment (GSE).
• Oversees day-to-day operations of GSE programming to stay person-centered and goal-oriented.
• Develops and monitors ISPs, BSPs, and employment goals with care teams.
• Conducts regular assessments of client progress, skills, and outcomes.
• Supports transportation coordination to GSE sites as needed.
• Participates in crisis prevention planning and provides intervention to ensure safety and continuity.
• Maintains a safe, structured environment across all service locations.
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates GSE staff; covers vacancies to maintain programming.
• Schedules meetings with referral agencies, families, and stakeholders to support coordinated services.
• Promotes organizational policies and adheres to Employee Handbook.
