Sevita, through REM Community Services, is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead and support a team delivering community-based services in Wisconsin. The role includes ISP administration, staffing oversight, and direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will supervise caregivers, assist with daily activities, medication administration, and transportation, while fostering community engagement and independence across a mission-driven team.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals receiving services including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
