Job summary

ECHO is seeking a Program Coordinator – Group Supported Employment to oversee participant services and supervise Employment Support Specialists. You will coordinate enclave and mobile work crew operations, ensure ISPs and PCPs are up to date, and maintain strong relationships with families, residential providers, and community partners.

You will also manage documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance, supporting Medicaid, DBHDS, CARF, and other requirements while promoting high-quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field required; at least one year of direct work with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Five years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Employment Support Specialists (ESS) assigned to Group Supported Employment.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance monitoring and evaluation, and leave requests.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Ensure ISPs/PCPs are implemented and kept current for participants.
• Prepare service plans, quarterly reports, and required documentation.
• Monitor regulatory compliance with Medicaid, DBHDS, CARF, and related requirements.
• Support contract administration and coordination of services at community worksites.
• Maintain relationships with host companies and community partners.
