BETA Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator in Vermont to drive peak team efficiency through active hands-on assembly work and continuous layout improvements.

You will manage material readiness, kit creation, and staging, ensuring accurate BOM alignment with work orders and instructions. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering to resolve issues, track readiness, and sustain safe production areas, while maintaining clear, on-time

Qualificações

• Multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to assist in problem analysis and independent decision making.
• Good team communication skills required.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft products including Outlook, calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Loop, OneNote; Slack.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.

• Own material-readiness and kit creation, staging, labeling, and delivery to the proper area.
