Job summary

BETA Technologies in Vermont is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to drive material flow and production readiness across our growing aerospace operations. You will analyze part level demand, rebalance inventory, and coordinate materials to meet production and distribution needs.

The role requires a degree in business/finance/supply chain, 3+ years in a complex ops environment, strong Excel/BI and ERP experience (Epicor, SAP, Plex, or Oracle), and excellent communication. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or supply chain, or the equivalent in work experience.
• 3+ years direct experience working in a complex operations environment.
• Extremely effective communication skills.
• Highly skilled in using Excel and/or a Business Intelligence platform.
• Experience with an ERP system; Epicor, SAP, Plex, or Oracle will prepare for success.

Responsibilities

• Analyze part level demand plans and establish material flows to support Internal and external part and assembly requirements in various geographic locations.
• Rebalance inventory to support production and distribution network.
• Review sales orders and coordinate materials to deliver on time and in full.
• Escalate material shortages or constraints to leadership and work with business partners to develop best path forward to support.
• Understand material requirements planning (MRP) and other advanced material planning needs.
• Work alongside our Purchasing, Planning and Logistics teams to resolve any critical part shortages that will jeopardize the production schedule, flight test operations, customer fleets, or ground support.
• Help quantify labor, process needs and materials required to meet production rate increases and growing field operations support.
• Minimal travel may be required.
