Job summary

BETA Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Material Analyst to support inventory health, material availability, and warehouse-capacity planning across our Vermont locations.

You will use data analysis, ERP expertise, and process improvements to set inventory parameters, reduce excess material, manage shelf-life exposure, and improve storage utilization for electric aircraft production. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field, or 2+ years of experience in inventory planning or materials management.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement processes from the ground up.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of inventory demand planning principles, safety stock, and aging/shelf-life management.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and validate safety-stock levels for production and operational materials.
• Analyze age-sensitive and shelf-life-controlled materials and manage expiration visibility and disposition planning.
• Identify and address obsolete, excess, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory and optimize disposition processes.
• Analyze inventory data to improve material availability and reduce shortages.
• Forecast space requirements and optimize warehouse-space utilization.
• Develop standard reporting and dashboards for inventory health and capacity.
