You will lead GSE technicians Levels I–III, ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with FAA/OSHA, and support ramp operations with cross-training and on-call readiness. This full-time role offers a salary range of $70,000–$75,000 and travel up to 35% for multi-station support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical experience in automotive, diesel, heavy equipment or similar field.
• Able to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Valid driver’s license required and able to provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs on GSE equipment.
• Diagnose issues using test equipment and manuals; prioritise reliability and uptime.
• Lead and develop GSE technicians Levels I–III; ensure safety and training.
• Maintain maintenance records and paperwork in compliance with standards.
• Cross-support ramp operations and train agents as needed.
