Job summary

TREGO DUGAN AVIATION OF GRAND ISLAND INC is seeking an Airline GSE Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and readiness of ground support equipment on the Pittsburgh shift. This is a working supervisory role with responsibility for a team of GSE technicians and cross‑utilization on the ramp.

You will reinforce safety standards, coordinate with the GSE Operations Manager, and ensure equipment availability for ramp operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated mechanical experience in automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, or similar field.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on GSE or similar machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift of GSE technicians (Levels I–II) and supervise maintenance, repair and readiness of GSE.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Ensure FAA/OSHA safety standards are followed and maintain accurate maintenance records.
