You will lead a team of technicians, set high safety and reliability standards, and stay hands-on on the ramp when needed. This working management role requires strong mechanical experience, supervisory skills, and the ability to coordinate with ramp staff and airline partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Valid driver's license and own hand tools.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and travel up to 35%.
• Pass 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on GSE.
• Lead and develop GSE technicians Levels I–III.
• Maintain maintenance records and FAA/OSHA compliance.
• Provide guidance to ramp agents on equipment operation.
• Cross-utilize on ramp to support operations.
