ERMC Aviation in Dallas is seeking a GSE Operations Manager to oversee daily ground support equipment operations, ensuring safe and on-time service for aircraft and passengers.

You will lead teams, coordinate training, enforce safety policies, and work with maintenance and airport partners to optimize service delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to operate in variable conditions, including nights and weekends, to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in aviation or related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to ground services operations.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to work in cramped or high places.
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
