Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking an experienced aircraft maintenance technician in the Baltimore area. The role involves servicing and repairing ground support equipment, engines, electrical and hydraulic systems, and related components on various aircraft support machinery.

The candidate must have at least 3 years of verified maintenance experience, provide their own tools, and be able to read and follow manufacturer guidelines. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of verified aircraft maintenance experience.
• Must provide own tools and toolbox.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Eligible to acquire FAA/TSA credentials as applicable.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment with fuel, water, oil, hydraulic fluid and compressed air.
• Log equipment numbers with description of work.
• Inspect and repair engines, transmissions, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair brakes, bumpers, undercarriages, tires and related components.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues per manufacturer guidelines.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain parts inventory.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PrimeFlight standards.
