Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a GSE Mechanic Level II to repair and maintain ground service equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, pushbacks, trucks, and more.

You will perform advanced maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include servicing equipment, logging work, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and completing required paperwork.

Qualifications

• 3 years of verified experience required.
• Must communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must provide their own tools and toolbox.
• Be able to access and interpret information electronically.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment with fuel, water, oil, hydraulic fluid and compressed air.
• Log equipment numbers with description of work.
• Inspect and repair engines, transmissions, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Repair brakes, steering, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on mobile lift and conveyors.
• Diagnose problems using test equipment and manuals.
• Operate and test ground equipment for performance assessment.
• Complete associated paperwork and track parts.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PrimeFlight standards.
