Job summary

Alvest Equipment Services (AES) is seeking Maintenance Technicians in Everett, WA to service Ground Support Equipment used in Boeing Dreamlifter Operations. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on tow tractors, refueling trucks, and other equipment.

The role requires 1–4 years of related repair experience, ASE certification progression, and the ability to work on-site on a Boeing-related site with OSHA/EPA compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years service repair experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with PLC and HVAC experience.
• 1-2 years performing repair and maintenance on Mobile Heavy Equipment and related components.
• Diesel-powered vehicles experience preferred or equivalent education.
• Strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair required.
• Familiarity with repair manuals, wiring diagrams and schematics for troubleshooting.
• GSE experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, HVAC and electrical discrepancies on GSE systems for Dreamlifter Operations.
• Inspect, repair and overhaul components to OEM specifications with attention to safety and quality.
• Disassemble and reassemble components, ensuring precision and adherence to standards.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance and document actions using Maintenance Information Systems.
• Operate GSE safely around Dreamlifter aircraft and assist with loading/unloading operations.
