Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a GSE Shop Manager to lead the ground support equipment maintenance and repair workshop.

You will supervise mechanics, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure uptime and safety while meeting SLAs and regulatory requirements. The role requires 5 years of shop management in aviation, strong leadership, and ability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in managing a maintenance shop in aviation or related industry.
• FAA/TSA/Port Authority credentials may be required.
• Strong leadership with safety-focused approach.
