Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a GSE Supervisor to oversee daily ground support equipment operations at the airport.

You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires 2 years of supervisory experience in an operational or maintenance environment, a solid understanding of mechanical systems, and the ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• 2 years of supervising experience in operations or maintenance, preferably aviation.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of ground support and equipment department.
• Lead and manage a team of ground support staff and technicians.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules for ground support equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain equipment records and inventory.
• Collaborate with airport departments to support operations.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control activities.
