You will monitor SLAs, uptime, and turnaround metrics, manage parts inventory, and mentor staff to uphold high workmanship standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience managing a maintenance shop in aviation or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control.
• Ability to manage budgets and maintenance planning.
• Excellent communication with customers and departments.

• Lead and manage daily operations of the GSE maintenance and repair shop.
• Supervise and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians.
