Example of Duties:
Coordinate and provide support for ISTC projects that are legislatively required, affect multiple divisions, and/or affect our external customers.
Track and report on project progress, including important metrics.
Direct project correspondence by preparing, reviewing, and facilitating: project proposals, project requirements, meetingsand e-mails.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:
Interpreting and explaining specialized or complex material into information usable by multiple stakeholders.
Facilitating development of Project Requirements.
Minimum Qualification Specialties:
Experience in Project Management or Tax Administration
Experience developing and presenting training to groups
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work productively with a wide network of individuals
Ability to work independently and proactively in furtherance of assigned projects.
Understanding of software development process, requirements, and follow-through
Smartsheet Software Experience
