Job summary

TreeHouse Foods seeks a strategic Senior Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions to support the company’s inorganic growth. Based in Oak Brook, IL, the role partners with Strategy, Finance, Legal, and cross‑functional teams to evaluate opportunities, model financials, conduct due diligence, and assist with integration planning.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in investment banking or corporate development; strong analytical skills and independence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking (M&A), corporate development, private equity, or transaction advisory.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

Prepares business and financial analysis in support of strategic acquisition/disposition activities including due diligence.
Provides analytical support for growth initiatives and strategic planning.
Creates financial models to analyze acquisition opportunities, value acquisition candidates and assess the proforma impact of an acquisition.
Leads or assists with data gathering and quantitative analysis, particularly in the areas of financial/economic modeling.
