Job summary

OpenAI, a leading AI research and deployment company, is seeking an experienced Growth Platforms marketing technology and operations leader in San Francisco or New York City with hybrid office expectations. The role focuses on turning fragmented signals and workflows into reliable, measurable AI-enabled capabilities that teams can use at scale.

Qualifications

8+ years in marketing technology or growth operations.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from design to measurable outcomes.
Familiarity with enterprise marketing automation, CDPs, and ad platforms.
Ability to design, implement, and validate data schemas and integrations.
Experience with SQL, APIs, data pipelines, and event models.

Responsibilities

Own the operating model for Growth's marketing technology stack including identity, consent, audiences, activation, measurement, and experimentation.
Operate end-to-end paid-media tracking and measurement systems across platforms.
Design and implement event schemas, data mappings, APIs, and integrations; validate migrations and monitor data flow.
Build AI-enabled workflows for campaign diagnostics, audience activation, testing, and optimization.
Establish governance, observability, and change-management for first-party data and integrations.
Use outcomes and operator feedback to improve capabilities and scale efforts.
