Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Systems Engineer, Growth Engineering to join the ETI and Product Growth team in building scalable, high-performance applications. You will bridge product engineering and growth to translate vision into polished code that impacts key business metrics.

You will work on experimentation, front-end and back-end development, and collaborate across product, design, and analytics to shape roadmaps while focusing on performance, security, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and HTML/CSS for building reusable UI components and interfaces.
• Experience with high-scale serverless systems and developer tooling.
• Ability to design interfaces for business KPIs and run A/B experiments.

Responsibilities

• Experimentation & Growth: Deliver customer-facing UI and A/B experiments to drive acquisition and retention.
• Full-Stack Execution: Architect frontend and backend features end-to-end across the product stack.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, design, and data teams to measure outcomes and guide roadmaps.
• Performance & Productivity: Improve app performance, code quality, security, and developer efficiency.
• Trust & Safety Compliance: Ensure product experiences comply with safety principles.
