Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an experienced frontend engineer to join Emerging Technologies & Incubation (ETI). You will design and implement frontend experiences for our dashboard, own code from inception to release, and collaborate with design and systems engineers to ship high-quality interfaces.

You will work with TypeScript and React, contribute to scalable frontend solutions, and help improve developer experience across products at Cloudflare.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with distributed systems.
• Experience designing and building frontend applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud primitives and how they work together to build distributed systems.
• Knowledge of at least one modern strongly-typed programming language: TypeScript.
• Experience debugging, optimizing and identifying failure modes in large-scale frontend applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of Design Engineers and Systems Engineers.
• Design and develop frontend experiences that improve developer experience across our dashboard.
• Own code from inception to release with attention to coding patterns and visuals.
• Work in Figma for designs or inspiration, build components and interactions, and improve developer experience.
• Interact with languages and technologies; primarily TypeScript and React.
