Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking highly motivated software engineers to join the MAPS team. You will work on latency and efficiency sensitive server infrastructure, building and maintaining distributed systems tooling, data pipelines, and instrumentation for the edge network.

You’ll collaborate with product managers to support synthetic testing and enterprise load testing, delivering reliable, scalable solutions. You should have a strong programming background and be comfortable working across teams to

Qualifications

• Experience building latency and efficiency sensitive server infrastructure.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines and distributed storage/processing.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams to achieve alignments.
• Track record of owning problems and delivering outcomes.
• Experience designing long-term, sustainable systems.
• Ability to dive deep into technical details while keeping big picture in mind.
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, or C.
