Accenture Song is seeking a Manager, Customer Growth Strategy in the Financial Services sector to translate bold visions into actionable roadmaps. You’ll lead growth initiatives across customer experience, products, marketing, digital, and service, and guide operating models and transformation plans.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, apply human-centered design and AI-enabled methods, and travel up to 50% to support client engagements.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in growth strategy, customer strategy, innovation, business transformation, or related field in Financial Services.
• Experience developing and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer engagement, market expansion or operational efficiency.
• Experience leading workstreams and managing teams in client-facing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with clients to develop growth strategies across customer experience, products, marketing, digital, commerce, and service.
• Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, operating models, and transformation plans.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, business performance, and competitive insights.
• Build business cases and value realization plans to support investment decisions.
• Support design and delivery of transformation initiatives that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
