Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Relationship Management to lead a team of relationship managers supporting plan sponsors and participants. The role focuses on organizational leadership, ERISA expertise, and delivering superior client service across regions.

You will collaborate with internal teams to drive net flows, engagement, and profitability while adhering to regulatory and service commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services relationship management or customer service.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of ERISA and related pension plan legislation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex information.
• FINRA Series 6, 24 and 63 required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for the Relationship Management team.
• Partner with internal teams to minimize surrenders and improve plan sponsor engagement.
• Maintain awareness of client business changes to influence satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with plan sponsors and external partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure delivery of service and performance agreements.
• Collaborate on plan design, product, pricing, and plan analytics with regional leadership.
• Evaluate client profitability and pricing using available levers.
