Perrygo Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Growth to drive strategic expansion in the federal market from our Lexington Park, MD office. You will lead cross-functional teams, own the growth pipeline, and shape proposals for government contracts with DoD and other agencies.

The role requires deep federal contracting experience, proven leadership, and the ability to manage complex opportunities end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in federal government contracting, business development, capture management, or related functions.
• At least 5 years in senior business development, capture, or growth leadership.
• 7+ years’ experience in proposal development and project coordination.
• Proven success identifying, pursuing, and winning federal government contracts.
• Experience supporting DoD customers and acquisition organizations.
• Strong strategic planning and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with long-term objectives.
• Manage the Business Development Pipeline and gate reviews for bid decisions.
• Collaborate with pricing, contracts, and technical teams to craft proposals.
• Lead cross-functional proposal teams and ensure compliance and quality.
• Prepare growth forecasts, strategic plans, and executive presentations.
• Identify risks and mitigate strategies to sustain revenue growth.
• Represent the company at industry events and network with stakeholders.
