Job summary

The role leads business development, capture, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the executive team to shape ITA's growth trajectory. Strong leadership and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Proven track record of winning prime contract opportunities using a structured capture process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across audiences and levels.
• MBA is preferred but not required; ability to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ITA's enterprise growth strategy to expand market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and acquisition stakeholders.
• Lead business development, capture management, and proposal operations to win new opportunities.
• Oversee pipeline health, win probability, and revenue forecasting for growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with CEO and executives to set long-term growth plans and market entry strategies.
