Job summary

ITA International, headquartered in Newport News, Virginia, seeks a Chief of Growth to drive long-term growth strategy and sustainable revenue. You will lead business development, capture, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement efforts to identify and win new opportunities while expanding ITA's market presence.

The role requires 15+ years in BD/sales/marketing, strong leadership, and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of business development, sales, or marketing experience, preferably in the Federal Defense market space.
• Proven track record of winning prime contract opportunities using a structured capture process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• An MBA is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to obtain/ maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive ITA's enterprise growth strategy to expand market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and acquisition stakeholders.
• Lead business development, capture management, and proposal operations to win new opportunities.
• Maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline with executive oversight of health, investments, and revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term growth strategies and customer engagement priorities.
• Direct customer engagement activities to strengthen relationships and expand market presence.
• Partner with technical leaders to develop differentiated solutions leveraging ITA's capabilities.
• Lead competitive assessments and market intelligence to identify opportunities and differentiators.
• Foster strategic teaming with partners to pursue larger procurements.
• Oversee high-quality proposals and strategic communications articulating ITA's value proposition.
• Develop repeatable business development, capture, and pipeline processes.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing Growth organization.
• Represent ITA at executive forums and industry events to expand relationships.
