This role offers exposure to leadership and cross-functional execution in a hybrid ITA/US environment. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, analytics or related field, with MBA preferred, and 5+ years in strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, analytics required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles; experience at a leading strategy firm preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic analyses and managing cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and analyses focused on revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Structure and execute complex business analyses, including market assessments and financial modeling.
• Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities and drive execution of strategic priorities.
• Manage project workstreams independently, ensuring timely delivery of analyses and recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members as appropriate.
