Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leadership to develop U.S. growth strategies.
• Lead initiatives across Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Field Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Analyze market trends and performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate business insights into clear, actionable plans.
• Drive cross-functional projects from strategy through execution.
• Develop go-to-market and customer engagement strategies.
• Establish performance metrics and evaluate initiative effectiveness.
• Bridge U.S. operations with Japanese stakeholders.
