Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Administration & Strategy to support the Kansas City operation. You will report to the Plant Manager and oversee Finance, IT, and Procurement while guiding mid-term business strategy and profitability initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in finance/controlling, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and strong leadership with Japanese language proficiency to collaborate with U.S. and Japan teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement and MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of business experience in finance/controlling.
• Proficient Japanese language skills required.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business planning background.
• Experience with business process improvement, ERP, or operational transformation.
• Leadership and people-management experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance & Accounting, IT, and Procurement functions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and closing activities.
• Manage P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, OpEx, and CapEx planning.
• Develop KPIs and identify profitability and efficiency improvements.
• Partner with Plant Manager on business and financial strategy.
• Lead process improvement, ERP, and organizational optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with U.S. and Japan headquarters and cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Finance & Accounting team.
