EliseAI is seeking a Growth Strategy Senior Associate on the Future Platforms team. You’ll lead the path to market for next-generation AI products, building business cases and structuring deals with major housing operators across the country.

This is a fast-moving, founder-like role with high ownership and exposure to scaling new business lines. You will collaborate across Sales, Product, and Operations; learn the growth motion; and own strategic initiatives in the first year, all while working

Qualifications

• Recent graduate from a top program or 1–2 years in consulting, strategy & operations, or a high-growth startup.
• Relentlessly organized with follow-through on everything you touch.
• Think analytically and can turn messy inputs into a clear recommendation.
• Pick up new tools and processes quickly.
• Communicate clearly and build trust across Sales, Product, and Operations.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Build the business case and structure deals for EliseAI's next-generation platforms and take them to market with the country’s largest housing operators.
