Alpha Delta Pi’s Executive Office in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Director of Growth to drive long-term growth strategy and scalable initiatives across the membership lifecycle.

You will collaborate with the Chief Membership Experience Officer and cross-functional teams to translate market intelligence into actionable growth plans, expanding reach and engagement while maintaining competitiveness in higher education and fraternity landscapes.

Formación

• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience in extension, recruitment strategy, business development, or membership-based organizations.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating across teams and stakeholders.
