Job summary

Alpha Delta Pi in Atlanta, GA seeks a Chief Membership Experience Officer to lead the vision, strategy, and performance of the end-to-end membership journey. This executive role oversees Growth, Member Experience, and Education & Development to align operations across the organization.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will partner with the Executive Director and Grand Council to set priorities, measure outcomes, and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Proven success developing and executing organizational strategy and leading organizational change.
• Experience aligning people, processes, and priorities to measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing leaders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholders, build consensus, and lead through collaboration.
• Experience using data and assessment to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance Alpha Delta Pi's Membership Experience strategy aligned with the plan and future vision.
• Establish performance measures, dashboards, and assessment strategies to monitor membership health.
• Translate priorities into integrated team strategies and organization-wide initiatives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the Executive Director and Grand Council using data and trends.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness, member outcomes, and sustainable growth.
• Ensure chapter operations, member support, education, accountability, and engagement work as an integrated system.
