Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional experience preferred.
  • Experience in higher education, fraternity/sorority life, recruitment, event coordination, or project management.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work in field-based environments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute approved extension strategies through campus-based implementation and coordination.
  • Manage on-site extension logistics including scheduling and travel.
  • Support development of extension presentations, proposals, and materials with Growth team.
  • Coordinate engagement with campus administrators and key stakeholders during visits.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational messaging, branding, and strategic direction.
  • Support post-extension evaluation activities including documentation of outcomes.
  • Gather campus insights to inform growth planning and decision-making.
  • Contribute to campus visit reporting and field observations for Growth and Strategy teams.
  • Maintain awareness of campus conditions to inform planning and decision-making.
