Accenture is seeking a HR Reinvention Principal Director to lead HR transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients in the Consumer Goods, Retail, and Travel sectors. You will shape HR operating models, implement digital HR solutions, and drive value through analytics and automation.

This role requires senior leadership, deep client relationships, and a track record of delivering complex HR transformations.

Qualifications

12+ years in HR transformation/reinvention, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
At least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
7+ years leading large-scale HR transformation projects.
7+ years designing and implementing HR operating models, shared services, and outsourcing strategies.
3+ years in Consumer Goods, Services, Retail and/or Travel.
Experience evaluating HR platforms and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead client relationships with senior stakeholders in HR transformation programs.
Define and execute HR transformation strategies blending traditional practices with digital innovations.
Design HR operating models and service delivery frameworks for large clients.
Improve employee experience through data analytics, automation, and AI.
Lead HR tech evaluations and vendor selection processes for clients.
Drive business development by identifying new HR transformation opportunities.
