Job summary

Ball Corporation offers a 10-week Growth Strategy Internship designed for students pursuing a bachelor's degree in analytics-focused fields. You will work on a summer-long project tied to profitable growth across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, while refining a 5-year strategic plan and developing commercial strategies.

You will build scenario models in Excel and deliver executive-ready materials for CEO/VP audiences.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, Social Science or related analytics-focused field.
Completed at least one year of coursework with graduation date December 2027 or later.
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
0-1 years of experience in data analytics with strong Excel modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Own a summer-long project tied to Ball's growth across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Support refinement of the 5-year strategic plan and development of commercial strategies.
Build scenario models in Excel for key commercial decisions.
Conduct competitive and market intelligence and translate findings for executives.
Create executive-ready deliverables in Ball-branded PowerPoint materials.
Apply strategy frameworks to real business questions.
Partner with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to gather inputs.
Attend a professional development week at Ball's Colorado headquarters.
