Qualifications

• Current students pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or finance or a related discipline at an accredited 4-year college or university.
• Completed at least one year of coursework with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, Qlik and related software.
• Ability to work collaboratively and with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze financial data from various sources.
• Create and/or leverage financial models, forecasts, budgets, and reports.
• Evaluate financial performance, risk, and valuation of proposals, projects, products, or investments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Stay updated on economic, financial, and industry trends.
• Participate in weekly check-in meetings with team members.
• Participate in day-to-day office activities.
• Report on projects and other work assignments as needed.
• Attend a professional development week at our Colorado headquarters.
